There were no severe injuries reported after a car overturned in Newark’s East Ward this evening.
According to preliminary reports, the crash happened just outside McWhorter's Restaurant just before 7:35 p.m. where the driver of the car somehow lost control and crashed ultimately causing the car to flip over on its roof.
Police closed off McWhorter Street for the investigation.
