A motorcyclist was pronounced dead on the scene after a crash that occurred on the Garden State Parkway in Holmdel this afternoon.
It happened at around 12:40 p.m. in the northbound lanes of the highway where two motorcycles were involved in a collision which caused one of the occupants to eject about 300 feet onto the roadway.
Police closed the left and center lanes to traffic as officers conducted the investigation.
It is not immediately clear if a car was involved in the crash at this time.
The crash caused about a 3-mile delay.
**UPDATE:** The victim is identified as Mr. Devin Flores, 38, from Carlstadt.
