Police in Clifton are investgiating a stabbing incident that sent one person to the hospital suffering non-life threatening injuries.
According to police, just before 4:50 a.m., police were called to the vicinity of Hope and Lake avenues after receiving reports of an injured person.
Units arrived at the scene found the unidentified victim suffering a stab wound to the leg at that location.
EMS transported the victim to St. Joseph's Trauma Center, where doctors treated the victims who is expected to survive.
The motive for the attack remains under investigation.
