Monoc 1 medivac helicopter airlifted a man to the hospital after he fell two stories from a balcony in Seaside Heights on Wednesday night.
According to preliminary reports, emergency responders rushed to the vicinity of 67 Fremont Avenue to investigate reports of an injured person at around 7:50 p.m.
Police and EMS arrived and immediately notified dispatch to send a medivac helicopter after they found a male around the age of 60-years old suffering severe injuries after he fell from a two-story balcony at that location.
According to police, the incident remains under investigation and there were no other injuries reported.
