Police in Newark seeks the public help locating a woman who went missing from her home and hasn’t been seen for about two weeks.
According to police, on April 20th relatives of Ms. Kynishah Smith, went missing from the 300 block of Springfield Avenue at approximately 3 p.m.
Police say, Smith walked out of the house leaving her son in the care of her sister but failed to return.
According to police, Smith was last seen wearing a black Northface jacket with black leggings. She is an African American female about 5'6” tall and weighs about 140lbs with brown complexion.
Police say Smith’s mental and physical are good.
Several calls made to Smith’s phone just continues to ring.
Police say this is not the first time the victim has left the location and failed to respond.
