A motorcyclist suffered non-life threatening injuries after he fell from his bike on a street in Newark's Ironbound section on Sunday afternoon.
It happened at approximately 6:50 p.m. near the intersection of Lafayette and Madison streets where emergency responders rushed to the scene after receiving reports of a motorcycle crash.
Rescue crews arrived to find the unidentified male lying on the ground in pain after he somehow fell from the motorcycle according to police.
The victim was transported to University Hospital for treated and is expected to make a full recovery.
The cause of the crash is under investigation by Newark Police.
