The search for Kathleen Elkow is ongoing, and law enforcement search and rescue teams will be deployed this upcoming weekend.
Law enforcement has continually searched the area, utilizing various resources, including; aviation searches, bloodhounds, mounted patrol, cadaver dogs, dive teams, and other search and rescue resources.
Officials say they are not requesting any volunteers from the public for this weekend’s search, however we thank everyone who has volunteered, offered to volunteer, or has contacted us offering their assistance with locating Kathleen.
Authorities however, urge all local residents to check any exterior sheds, outhouses and any other unsecured structures on their property.
Kathleen is an 85 year-old female, who suffers from dementia and was last seen on March 28th at approximately 4 pm, at her residence on Weymouth Road in May Landing.
Anyone with any information on the location of Kathleen Elkow is asked to contact police immediately.
