There were no serious injuries reported for vicitms of a car crash that occurred in Elizabeth.
According to authorities, police on March 14th at approximately 12:17 p.m. responded to the intersection of 1/9 and East Grand Street for a report of a crash.
A preliminary investigation determined, a 25-year-old Elizabeth woman driving a Toyota, crossed over the center median and overturned her vehicle causing a light pole to collapse.
Officials say two other vehicles - a Nissan Pathfinder driven by a 43-year-old Elizabeth man and a Ford Pickup, driven by a 30-year-old Highlands man - were struck by the falling light pole.
Police say the driver of the Toyota was transported to Trinitas as a precaution. No other injuries were reported.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
