Newark Police officials are on the search for the suspect/s who stripped then damaged a vehicle in a South Ward neighborhood overnight in the city.
According to the owner of the vehicle, the car was parked near the intersection of Wright Street and Frelinghuysen Avenue when thieves stripped the wheels then smashed the windows of the car.
The owner said the vehicle was his only source of making money by using it to transport Uber and Lift riders.
Police arrived at the scene and took a report according to officials.
The investigation is active and suspect/s remain at-large.
