Firefighters from Union and Maplewood teamed up with Irvington crews to battle a fire that damaged a house in the Township Wednesday morning.
Fire ripped through a house located in the 30's block of Quabeck Avenue just before 5:20 a.m. sending firefighters to the scene where they observed smoke and flames coming from the basement and extending to the second floor of a two and a half story wood framed house at that location.
