According to Prosecutor Kearns, on Jan. 15th, Jared Parker, 19, of Annandale, NJ, was arrested and charged with one count of third degree Invasion of Privacy, after an investigation by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office, Special Victims Unit.
The charge stems from Mr. Parker disclosing a reproduction of an image of another person, whose intimate body parts were exposed without their consent.
