There were non-life threatening injuries reported for the victim of a stabbing that occurred in Paterson on Monday evening.
According to preliminary reports, the unidentified victim entered the police headquarters on Broadway bleeding from the chest after being stabbed shortly before arriving at around 7:15 p.m.
The victim reported to authorities that the incident occurred in the area Main Street and Broadway when an assailant produced a weapon and began to attack.
The motive for the stabbing remains under investigation.
