Several people were transported to area hospitals after a multi-vehicle crash caused injuries on a street in Elizabeth.
The Sunday night crash happened at approximately 11:110 p.m. where emergency responders rushed to the vicinity of Murray Street and Elmora after receiving reports of an accident with injuries at that location.
Firefighters and rescue crews arrived at the scene and found about four cars involved in the collision according to reports.
About eight people suffered non-life threatening injuries due to the crash according to reports.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
