Hawthorne Police are looking into a pedestrian strike that left one person injured in the city on Wednesday night.
A preliminary investigation indicates that the incident happened at around 7:40 p.m. near 1060 Goffle Road where police and found the unidentified victim suffering serious injuries after a vehicle struck them at that location.
EMS arrived and transported the victim to the hospital where doctors began treatment.
The officials cause of the incidnet remians under investgiation.
There were no arretss made.
