A Thursday garage fire is under investigation after a dog was killed and two cars were damaged in Hamilton.
According to authorities, firefighters responded to the 2300 block of Liberty Street sometime around 8:30 p.m, for a fire outside the home.
The fire was contained and did not spread to the home or other properties.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
