Police temporarily closed down a street in Morristown to investigate a pedestrian strike that sent one person to the hospital.
According to preliminary reports, police were called to Maple Avenue at around 1:45 a.m. when they received reports of a person hit by a car.
Upon their arrival, they found an unidentified person suffering injuries after a car struck them at that location.
The extent of the victim's injuries were not immediately reported as life-threatening.
The cause remains under investigation.
