Newark Police alerted surrounding municipalities to be on the lookout for a vehicle that was reported carjacked out of the city on Friday evening.
The incident was reported in the 500 block of North 11th Street just before 6:30 p.m. where two male suspects, armed with a gun, took the victim's blue 2005 Nissan Altima then sped away from the scene.
The vehicle has a reported NJ license plate number "H71-KLT".
There were no physical injuries reported.
