Police are investigating a stabbing that left one person suffering severe injuries in Jersey City early this morning -Sunday-.
The unconscious victim who suffered stab injuries was ground in the vicinity of Martin Luther Drive and Orient Avenue just before 3 a.m. according to police.
EMS transported the victim Jersey City Medical Center where they remain in stable condition.
The motive for the stabbing is under investigation.
No one else was found injured at the scene according to authorities.
