The Rahway Police Department is investigating a scam where a person claiming to work for the water department entered the home of an elderly resident.
Police say the suspect is described as a white male with a beard, approximately 5'5" in height, who fled in a 1990's / early 2000's blue or black Ford F-150 with a silver stripe along the bottom.
The image is a composite sketch and photo of the actual vehicle.
Police are asking the public's assistance in identifying this person.
