Police released the identity of a man who was killed on a NJ highway overnight in Union.
According to police Mr. Noor Hussain of Union suffered massive injuries after a vehicle driven by a 62-year-old man struck him.
EMS rushed Hussain to University Hospital where he ultimately he died a short time later.
Police say a red Toyota Corolla struck Hussain on Route 22 near The Men Wearhouse at about 9:15 Monday night.
Police closed Route 22 eastbound was closed for several hours for the instigation.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
