A stabbing incident that occurred overnight in a Trenton neighborhood has police searching for a suspect.
Police were called to the vicinity of 620 West State Street shortly before 1 a.m. after they received reports of an injured person.
Several emergency responders arrived at the scene found the male victim bleeding from the chest after suffering apparent stab wounds at that location according to reports.
The man was transported to the hospital where doctors began treating his injuries. Hospital officials did not report life-threatening injuries.
Trenton Police are actively investigating.
