NJ State Police officials are looking into a crash that left two people injured on a Warren County Highway this morning -Saturday-.
According to preliminary reports, police were called to the westbound lanes of I-78 near milepost 1.0 in Pohatcong at approximately where they received reports of a crash with a vehicle fire at that location.
First responded units arrived at the scene to find a heavily damaged vehicle with a severely injured victims inside according to reports.
Police requested a medivac helicopter to transport the injured to the hospital.
The cause of the crash is in its early stages of the investigation according to state police.
There were no immediate confirmation of fatalities.
