An early morning pursuit ended in a crash that ultimately had two suspects taken into custody in Newark.
Police reportedly observed a vehicle occupied by two males driving erratically on Irvine Turner Boulevard at around 4:30 a.m. when they attempted to pull the car over, the driver sped off.
The suspects led police on a pursuit that ended when the car crashed into a parked vehicle on West Market and Norfolk streets.
According to reports, at least two suspects bailed from the vehicle and attempted to run when police captured the suspects a short distance away.
There were no severe injuries reported.
