Police in Paterson are on the search for suspects who are wanted for an overnight armed robbery of a gas station in the city.
The incident was reported at 339 McBride Avenue shortly before 10:30 p.m. where officers were informed of an armed robbery in progress that occurred at the gas station.
Police arrived at the scene at were told that suspects armed with a gun committed the robbery.
Reports say the suspects then sped away from the scene in a dark colored vehicle that was later recovered by police in the 20's block of Ryle Avenue.
There were no reports of arrests or physical injuries.
The incident remains under investigation.
