Authorities issued a warrant for the arrest of Ms. Gloria Spencer, 48, of Newark, on charges of terroristic threats and harassment in connection with an incident that occurred on June 12th.
According to officials, at approximately 11:30 a.m., the suspect allegedly threatened and harassed a female victim, known to her, in the 600-block of South 19th Street.
Police say detectives investigating this incident have secured a warrant for Spencer’s arrest.
Spencer is 5’7” tall and weighs 145 lbs. Police say she has a dark complexion with brown eyes and black hair.
While police are actively searching for Spencer, they seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating and removing her from Newark streets.
