There were non-life threatening injuries reported for a person struck by a car in Hillside on Thursday evening.
According to reports, the incident happened at approximately 9 p.m. in the vicinity of Highland Avenue and Oakland Terrace.
EMS were dispatched to the scene to assist the injured while police investigated the cause of the incident.
The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with police according to reports.
