The public’s assistance is sought in identifying a male who is wanted for a theft that occurred on Sunday, June 3rd in Newark.
According to a statement released by police, between the hour of midnight and 1 a.m., the man gained entry into the rear yard of Azcona Supermarket, located at 1061 Bergen Street, then removed an air conditioning condenser.
Police say the suspect then carried the piece of equipment away from the scene.
While police are actively searching for this suspect, they seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating and removing him from Newark streets.
