Authorities have identified the 22-year-old Bronx man fatally struck while changing a tire Tuesday afternoon.
Officials said Jochwea Kaba was standing by his Honda near the entrance to Route 280 around 4:30 p.m., when a box truck hit the vehicle, which then struck Kaba.
According to police, the driver of the truck remained at the scene and has been cooperating with authorities.
The incident remains under investigation.
