The New Jersey State Police have arrested Carlos Caban-Soto, 25, of Millville City, N.J. and seized $5,000 worth of cocaine during a traffic stop.
According to NJ State Police Officials, on April 6, at 11:44 p.m., troopers stopped Caban-Soto for a traffic violation in Millville City, Cumberland County.
Police say during the stop, troopers discovered he was in possession of five ounces of cocaine.
Police charged Carlos Caban-Soto with possession of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
Police released Soto pending a court appearance.
Charges are mere accusations and the accused is considered innocent until proven guilty
