The Essex County Prosecutor's Office is attempting to identify a female victim whose body was recovered from the lake in Weequahic Park on Saturday, March 3, 2018.
The victim is described as a black female in her mid-20s, 5'3",120 pounds with short black hair. She has a flower tattoo on her right breast with the name "Tiana" or "Tiara" and also has three stars tattooed on the right side of her neck.
