Mendham Police are on the search for a vehicle that was taken from a neighborhood in the city overnight.
According to preliminary reports, police were called to the teen's block North Linden Lane to take a report of a stolen vehicle at around 9 p.m.
Police are looking for a black 2016 Jeep Cherokee with reported NJ license plate numbers "V86-GWS" reports said.
The vehicle was last observed heading eastbound on Rt. 24 towards Summit.
The investigation remains active.
