A 95-year-old woman killed her friend after she rolled over him with her vehicle on Tuesday afternoon, police said.
Officers responded to Woodbridge Hills, located at 1 Sutton Place in the Iselin section of Woodbridge Township, shortly after 2:30 p.m. for a report of a crash.
A preliminary investigation revealed that the 95-year-old female driver - who lives in the complex - was on her way to pick up her 98-year-old male friend - also from the same complex - who was supposed to be waiting for her outside his apartment.
Apparently, the male victim fell on the ground as the woman approached the location but woman reportedly did not see the friend and continued while her vehicle rolled over him.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police continue to investigate incident but as of this moment no charges have been filed.
