Officials from a Newark church are pleased to announce a humanitarian effort that will assist hundreds in need for the holiday season.
According to a statement released by church officials, The Enhance Church of Newark will be blessing about 300 families this Saturday, November 18th at their South 11th Street building with free turkeys for the holiday season.
Officials said the officer is on a "first come, first served basis" and is expected to begin at 1 p.m. and end 3 p.m.
