Roselle Police are investigating an overnight shooting that occurred in a neighborhood in the city last night.
Police responded to several reports of shots fired that rang out on 9th Avenue at round 10 p.m. where officers arrived and closed off several streets in the area for their search for evidence and victims.
Residents reported hearing as many as 15-20 loud popping noises before officers descended on the scene for their investigation.
There were no immediate reports of injuries
Police reportedly recovered shell casings during their search.
