Heavy police activity in the 1700 block of Montgomery Street is for a possible armed male inside a house and refusing to surrender to officers at this time.
Police were called to the residence after the suspect reportedly made threats and stated that he was armed with a weapon according to preliminary reports.
Local authorities contacted SWAT who are now assisting in trying to get the male to surrender peacefully.
Avoid the area for the investigation.
