Roselle Police seeks the public's help in locating a missing "at risk" woman.
According to police, Ms. Thelma Lewis, 92, is a black female approximately 5'2" 145lbs.
She was last seen at around 3 pm today on Wood Avenue in Roselle wearing a tan coat and blue hat w/ruffles.
