Expect heavy flooding in the vicinity of NJ-21 near NJ-3 as heavy rain continue to fall in the region causing localized street and highway flooding.
As of 4:44 p.m., there is also substantial flooding on I-80 eastbound in the area of Exit 59 Market St in Paterson.
State highway officials are reporting two lanes blocked on I-80.
Officials said as of 4:49 p.m., heavy rain falling is causing floods on the Garden State Parkway in the southbound lanes near Exit 143C in Irvington Twp.
The right and center lanes are blocked.
