EMS transported one person to Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick suffering serious injuries after a car struck the victim in Scotch Plains last night.
According to reports, the incident happened in the near the intersection of Terrill Road and East Front Street at approximately 9:20 p.m. where emergency responders arrived to find the victim injured at that location.
The identity of the victim has not been released.
Police are investigating what caused the accident.
