There is an active crime scene established in the 300 block of Terrace Avenue as emergency responders are on the scene of a pedestrian strike with one person dead at this time in Jersey City.
The incident happened at around 2:30 p.m. sending police to the scene where they found two juveniles suffering serious injuries according to authorities.
One person has been pronounced dead while the second victim is suffering life-threatening injuries authorities said.
Avoid the area for the police investigation.
