This alert is coming out of a neighborhood in Chatham where reports of keys left in the ignition of a vehicle in Chatham has police on the search for a thief who reportedly sped away in the car.
The alert was sent at around 6:25 a.m. where a suspect stole a gray BMW X5 with reported NJ license plate numbers "R69-FBN" according to reports.
The investigation is active an ongoing.
