The Hudson County Sherrif's Office and SWAT are at an apartment complex in Harrison attempting to get a man to come out of an apartment.
According to preliminary reports, the incident began as Harrison Police tried to get the driver of a vehicle to pull over for traffic violations before 11 p.m. when the driver sped away at a high rate of speed and ignored officer's lights and sirens.
