Authorities have released the identity of the 57-year-old man who was struck and killed by a train on the Morris and Essex line train this morning.
According to officials, shortly before 10:30 a.m., Robert A. Matchett, 57, was struck and killed by a Boonton line train after he trespassed onto the tracks.
There were no injuries reported among the 50 customers and crew members onboard the train.
