Detectives from the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office are on the scene of a shooting with one person down in the city at this time.
Reports of shots fired sent police officers to the 900 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard where they arrived to find an unconscious and unresponsive male suffering gunshot wounds before 11:30 a.m.
Medics reportedly pronounced the unidentified victim dead at the scene.
Detectives have a crime scene established where they are gathering evidence to determine the motive to the fatal shooting.
