There are heavy delays on NJ-440 in Perth Amboy as emergency responders are on the scene of a crash with injuries reported.
The accident happened near Smith Street at around 3:36 p.m. sending police and EMS to the scene where they found a tractor trailer collided with several vehicles at that location.
There are about four cars involved with at least one person injured.
The injured was taken by EMS to Raritan Bay in serious condition.
