A vehicle that reportedly lost control this morning and struck a pedestrian has police investigating.
The incident happened before 10:30 a.m. near the intersection of Roseville Avenue and West 6th Street sending police and EMS to the scene where they found the elderly male suffering minor injuries after the vehicle struck a pole then the man.
Utility crews were called to the scene to repair the badly damaged pole while EMS transported the victim to the hospital where he is expected to be ok according to authorities.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
