Police seized a loaded weapon and arrested two men in separate incidents Thursday.
According to police, on August 17th, at approximately 4 p.m. the Lodi Police Department received a call regarding a disturbance that had occurred at a local gas station.
The caller described a male who had been armed with a gun and had since gone to Chili's.
Officer arrived at Chili's and located a male - later identified as Cody Wiggs, 18, of Lodi - who matched the description the caller had given.
Police found Wiggs in possession of a loaded and concealed firearm. Police booked Wiggs in the Lodi Police Department jail for multiple weapons violations.
Just three hours later, officers from the Special Enforcement Team located Baldomero Colima, 40, of Lodi on the 400 block of Cherry Street. Officers attempted to stop Colima for a violation, but he fled on his bicycle and was taken into custody a few blocks away.
Police bookd Colima at the Lodi Police Department jail for resisting arrest, a vehicle code violation and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.
