Police in New Brunswick are investigating a carjacking that occurred in the city overnight.
The armed carjacking was reported in the 100 block of Townsend Street just before midnight sending police to the area where they launched the investigation.
According to preliminary reports, three black male suspects stole a black Nissan with a reported NJ license plate number "P10-GZX."
The suspect reportedly exited a gold colored sedan just before the carjacking occurred.
There were no physical injuries reported.
