Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo and Winslow Township Police Chief George Smith reported two individuals have been charged in connection with the June homicide of Deanna Scordo.
Tyler Dralle, 20, of Vineland, and a 17-year-old male from New Castle, Delaware were both charged with one count of Felony Murder for the death of Deanna Scordo.
In the early morning hours of June 25, 2017, Deanna Scordo was shot and killed during a burglary inside of her home which sat on a multiacre blueberry farm on the 700 block of Baridmore Avenue.
Camden County Prosecutor’s Office and Winslow Township Police detectives pursued multiple tips and leads during the weeks that followed, and were able to determine Dralle and the New Castle teenager’s involvements in the incident.
Tyler Dralle was charged on Monday, July 31, 2017 with the death of Deanna Scordo. The US Marshals Fugitive Task Force apprehended and arrested him on Tuesday, August 1, 2017, at his residence without incident, and he was remanded to Camden County Jail.
The New Castle teen was charged the following day, Wednesday, August 2, 2017, and is currently being held in a juvenile facility in Delaware.
The pretrial detention hearing for Tyler Dralle is set for Friday, August 4, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in front of the Honorable Judge Edward McBride in accordance with the New Jersey Bail Reform. Under the recent Criminal Justice Reform rules, the court may order he be detained without bail or released with conditions.
All persons charged with criminal offenses are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
