Authorities announced the arrest of a 22-year-old Hillside man wanted in connection with a May 19th robbery.
According to the 21-year-old Orange victim, he was walking to his car near Lincoln Park around 9:30 p.m., when Roberto St. Juste, who he knows, approached him.
The two started to argue about money that he owed St. Juste.
Police said as the two argued, St. Juste and one of his friends punched the victim before taking his money and fleeing the scene.
Police issued a warrant for St. Juste’s arrest.
Officers located St. Juste early this morning in a residence in Hillside, where detectives took him into custody without incident.
St. Juste is charged with robbery.
Police continue to search for St. Juste’s accomplice who remains at large and is believed to go by the name of "Jeff.”
The charges lodged against Mr. St. Juste are mere accusations.
He is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
