Firefighters made fast work out of a raging two-alarm fire that ignited inside a house in the township Wednesday night.
Fire broke out in a two and a half story house located at 1097 Grove Street at around 8:30 p.m. sending firefighters to the scene where crews observed heavy flames coming from the second floor of the house upon their arrival.
Crews were able to knock the flames down in less than an hour with a search of the residence for injured and trapped occupants coming back negative.
One firefighter was treated for non-life threatening burns.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
